ABOUT OUR BEEF:

  • Raised on fresh green pastures, herbicide-free, pesticide-free.

  • Rotated daily on to fresh pasture through the spring, summer and fall or every other day. They eat 1/3, tromp 1/3 and leave 1/3 then they move on.

  • Rotated weekly in the winter on larger paddocks. We don’t use sacrifice paddocks or barns.

  • Fed a small amount of grain 3-5x a week for flavor. It is a local crushed grain (no binders or fillers). Barley, Peas, Oats & Corn. (Non GMO)

  • Antibiotic-Free

  • Hormone- Free

  • The cows get free choice SEA90 mineral salt and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Always Humanely Raised & Handled ( lots of head scratches too)

  • The cows spend their days sun bathing, exercising and enjoying the fresh country air.

  • The farm is located in Molalla, Oregon about 40 minutes outside of Portland.
